Yeah, pretty much. It could be used for soooo much more, but the majority of people I know are either planning their actual wedding, or the wedding they hope to have one day (I have a few friends that have their wedding pin board labled "one day...."). Which, I have learned....means absolutely nothing. I have a scrapbook (yes, and honest to god physical book) that is LOADED with a crap ton of ideas that I always thought would be really cool to have for my wedding. I don't think I'm using a single idea. My tastes have changed since I was a litle girl, so....you know...not a whole lot to go off of from that.

Grr....I have a doctors appointment today. Hopefully they'll be able to tell me what is wrong with me. :ermm:

I'm not broken apparently, but there's a really good chance I'm anemic.
Can't go get the test yet though since I can't afford it right now.

At least I'm not broken though....that's good to know.

Yep. I take a multivitamin every day that has 100% of the daily value intake of iron in it. Yet, I'm still not getting enough apparently. Won't know for sure until I go get the test done. Though....I'm going to get a second opinion. Mainly just to get a refferall for the test from a different doctor because I won't be going back to that quack office. It's a shithole office, and I don't want to deal with them anymore. But if I take the refferall they gave me for the test and get it done, that place will send my results to the quack doctor....and I don't want to go back there. So yeah....different doctor. Hell, maybe they'll give me the test right there. Who knows.

Hey hey, week off.

Hey hey, warmest winter in 80+ years so my planned photo journey up the Michigan side of Lake Michigan is killed before it even began. Spectacular.

Ahh well.

I think my venture out to the Winter Blast yesterday earned me a cold as well. Bleh. I'm hoping not, but I feel a bit sickly today.
I send you warm thoughts Jaddy.

I pulled a muscle doing my daily ab work out just a few minutes ago. And I get to leave my regular job shortly to go do my freelance job....which involves lifting heavy equipment. Crap.

Generally, multivitamins say they have 100% or so of the daily value, but it's all going into your body at one time. It can't absorb it as fast as it's being processed through your system. You could try a slow-release iron pill (they sell them OTC). Also, increase your intake of iron-containing foods: http://www.redcrossb...iron-rich-foods

I can believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny and Marilyn Monroe and the Beatles and Elvis and Mister Ed. I believe that candy really did taste better when I was a kid, that it’s aerodynamically impossible for a bumblebee to fly, that light is a wave and a particle, that there’s a cat in a box somewhere who’s alive and dead at the same time (although if they don’t ever open the box to feed it it’ll eventually just be two different kinds of dead), and that there are stars in the universe billions of years older than the universe itself...I believe that anyone who says that sex is overrated just hasn’t done it properly. That quack doc told me "oh, you don't eat meat? Here, take these pills" basically. When I told my lady doctor, she about lost her shit. She couldn't believe the quack didn't even give me a list of iron rich foods to try before going for a pill. So she gave me a list, and I'm trying to go off that. It just sucks that I don't like a lot of the stuff on that list. Being a picky eater is hard enough as it is.....meh. I've been forcing myself to eat raisins the last few days. I hate raisins. Hell, I barely like fresh grapes. But, I'm doing what I can.
